Last Tuesday was the last night of 400s until next September, 3k next week.
If there is interest there will be basic training for adults in long jump, throws, sprints and short middle distance for the month of April on a Tuesday or Wednesday night and then at the first week in May, June and July to measure and record you doing these events.
This depends on numbers interested so please let Frank know (0876192070) if you’re interested and which night.

Well done to Ally who competed in the 60m sprint and LJ last Sunday in Nenagh in the U12 Munster Indoors Championships. She did particularly well in the sprint winning her first 2 heats and coming 6th in a close final with a time of 9.17s. Great work Ally!!

– Monday 8-9pm for those born in 2008 and older
– Thursday 7-8pm for those born in 2008 and older
The St Catherines AC Annual Awards Night for 2017 takes place on Saturday 10th February at 7pm in Conna Hall. More information to follow, but mark the date in the calendar.
Registration night in the hall tomorrow night at 8.30pm. All athletes must be registered to partake in training activities. Adults €20, juveniles €15 (€10 for 3rd and subsequent juvenile family members).
Little athletics resumes tomorrow 7-8pm for ages 5-7yrs only in Conna Hall. No juvenile training until later in February.
