Couch to 5km Parkrun planned for Saturday 10th November
With our Couch to 5km group just over half way through the programme, they will be completing their target 5km run at the Ballincollig Parkrun on Saturday 10th November. All members are welcome to come along and join in to support our runners. Directions will be posted closer to the date.
