The Bere Island Mid summer 5k and 10k run toke place Sat 4th July on the beautiful Bere Island. A Group from the club  headed to the island to participate in both the 5k and 10k races. The scenery and beautiful surroundings took the mind off the tough course which had some lovely hills along the way and we even got a recovery dip in the sea afterwords , that’s when we eventually found the beach!!!!! ( navigator was abit out here) . Everyone enjoyed a great night out and get together afterwords on the island. Well done to everyone, a great day and night was had by all.
