Well done to all our athletes who took part in the Juvenile relays and the County Novice B Championships in Riverstick on Sunday.

The club was very well represented in all races in both Juvenile and adult categories.

Well done to the Men’s Novice B runners who took silver in the team event, narrowly losing out on gold to Leevale AC through countback.

Well done to Kieran Harte for completing all 8 of the Monday Miles, winning 4 of them.

Well done to Allan Carr for completing the fastest Monday Mile in 5:35.

Well done to our girls U18 team who took no less than gold in the Munster Cross Country Championships in Clarecastle yesterday!

That is a fantastic achievement in what is a hugely competitive field.
