St Catherine’s AC Couch to 5km programme starts next Wednesday 4th September at 7:30pm in Conna Sports Field. €30 for non-registered athletes, €10 for registered members. Spread the word and come along! All welcome. Our 9 week Couch to 5k programme is suitable for all beginners and is available here.
Cross Country Leagues starting this Saturday 31st August, 2pm, Riverstick
The Cross Country Leagues are starting again this coming Saturday at 2pm in Riverstick. This is a great opportunity for both adults and juveniles to try out cross country before formal events/races. More information is available at the following link on Cork Athletics website.
