Results of tonight’s Monday Mile are as follows: Well done to Kieran Harte for completing all 8 of the Monday Miles, winning 4 of them. Well done to Allan Carr for completing the fastest Monday Mile in 5:35. And well done to all 61 runners who took part over the 8 sessions. Great running!!

Munster Gold for St Catherine’s AC GU18 team…
Well done to our girls U18 team who took no less than gold in the Munster Cross Country Championships in Clarecastle yesterday! That is a fantastic achievement in what is a hugely competitive field. What an inspiration to all in the club!
