Congratulations to Rob Heffernan who won the 50 km walk in the World Championships in Moscow with a time of 3:37.56 becoming Ireland’s third ever World Athletics Championships gold medal winner Also congratulations to Frank Hayes on winning gold in the All Ireland Track & Field competition.
